- Do you have physical shops ?

We do not have any shops yet. For now, returns are only online, but we will eventually have showrooms!

- How can I exchange a product?

To exchange a product, we recommend that you contact us by email at support@skedio.ca. In your email, you will need to provide us with your order number as well as the product you wish to exchange.
We will contact you as soon as possible to respond to your request. However, special orders, discounted items, lightings, glassware and polycarbonate items are not subject to return or exchange.

- Is it possible to cancel my order?

All orders can be canceled within one business day. Late cancelations are subject to a 25% cancelation fee, as well as the delivery fee if applicable.

- I had a technical problem when trying to place an order, what should I do?

If you are experiencing a technical problem while trying to place an order, please contact our customer service department and we will remedy the situation promptly.
- Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following methods of payment: VISA, MasterCard and PayPal.
- Do I need to create an account to place an order?

Yes, you must create an account on the site. The information to be provided allows you to process your order. Moreover, the creation of an account facilitates the management of your orders.
- How can I create an account?

To create an account, click on the "My Account" tab in the skedio.ca header. Then click "Create" an account and follow the on-screen instructions.
Shipping and returns
- What delivery methods are available for my purchases?

Items are shipped by ground service within 3-5 business days. You will receive your order within 2 weeks except for Pablo Designs items which will be delivered between 3 to 4 weeks.
- Do you have a on street store?

We do not have any street stores yet. For now, Skedio is only an online store but we will eventually have showrooms!
- Can I choose the date and time of delivery?

Delivery dates are not guaranteed. If you need your order for a specific date, please contact our customer service in advance so we can find a solution for you (fees may apply).
- What is your return policy?

All returns must be pre-authorized by Skedio’s customer service. Please include your order number, your name and the product you are returning in your request.
Returns are in the form of exchanges or Skedio credits. Credits are valid for a one year period.
You have a maximum of 14 days after reception to return your order.
Returns may be subject to a fee of 25% for restocking.
The customer is responsible for the return’s delivery cost. You must provide us with a tracking number.
Your purchase must be returned in its original packaging, without having been opened.
Special orders, discounted items, lightings, glass items and polycarbonate items are a final sale and are not subject to any forms of return.
