I had a technical problem when trying to place an order, what should I do?

If you are experiencing a technical problem while trying to place an order, please contact our customer service department and we will remedy the situation promptly.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following methods of payment: VISA, MasterCard and PayPal.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

Yes, you must create an account on the site. The information to be provided allows you to process your order. Moreover, the creation of an account facilitates the management of your orders.

How can I create an account?

To create an account, click on the "My Account" tab in the skedio.ca header. Then click "Create" an account and follow the on-screen instructions.

Shipping and returns

What delivery methods are available for my purchases?

Items are shipped by ground service within 3-5 business days.

Do you have a on street store?

We do not have any street stores yet. For now, Skedio is only an online store but we will eventually have showrooms!

Can I choose the date and time of delivery?

Delivery dates are not guaranteed. If you need your order for a specific date, please contact our customer service in advance so we can find a solution for you (fees may apply).

Can I place an order online and pick it up at your warehouse?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up your order at our warehouse. Skedio is a multi-brand site and has several warehouses. With that said, it would be difficult for you to pick up your order!
